Service

You upload selfies, choose a package, and we generate ranked professional headshots. Results vary with upload quality. Follow the on-screen selfie guidelines (at least 1 clear front photo) for best likeness.

Money back guarantee

If none of your headshots look enough like you to use professionally, request a free redo or a full refund within 7 days from your results page or support. No downloads means full refund. Style preference alone isn’t covered.

• 7 days from payment. Request from your results page (Not happy) or via support if the results are not usable as professional headshots of you.
• Free redo or full refund. One free redo request (fulfilled manually by email — we don’t auto-regenerate), or a full refund if you have not downloaded any images.
• What is not covered. Style preference alone, downloads already made, or uploads that ignored the selfie guidelines.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of payment from your results page (Not happy) or via support. If generation fails on our side, you can try again for free or request a refund there.

License

You keep rights to your uploaded photos. You may use generated headshots for personal branding, LinkedIn, resumes, and similar professional contexts. Do not use ExactShot to impersonate others or create deceptive content.

Payments & generation failures

Payments are processed by Stripe. If generation fails after payment, use Try again (no extra charge) or request a redo/refund from results. We may mark hung jobs as failed after a timeout so you can retry or request a refund.

Privacy

How we handle photos and data is described in our Privacy policy. Photos are scheduled for deletion after 30 days.
