- Where are my headshots?
- After payment we generate automatically. Stay on the generating page, or use the link in the confirmation email we send you. Results stay available for 30 days.
- Generation failed — what now?
- Use Try again on the error screen (free). If it keeps failing, request a refund from results or send a message via this form.
- How does the money-back guarantee work?
- If none of your headshots look enough like you to use professionally, request a full refund within 14 days from your results page or support. Opening full-size photos or downloading voids the refund. Style preference alone isn’t covered.
- Can I change the style after generation?
- Style preference alone isn’t covered by the guarantee. Use your included remix credits for style changes, or contact support if likeness is off.
