Where are my headshots?

After payment we generate automatically. Stay on the generating page, or open the magic link we email you. Results stay available for 30 days.

Generation failed — what now?

Use Try again on the error screen (free). If it keeps failing, use Not happy on results to request a redo or refund, or send a message via this form.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

If none of your headshots look enough like you to use professionally, request one free redo or a full refund within 7 days from your results page (Not happy) or support. No downloads = full refund. Style preference alone isn’t covered. We follow up by email — requests do not regenerate automatically.

Can I change the style after generation?

Style preference alone isn’t covered by the guarantee, but you can request a redo if likeness is off from results. Describe what you need there or in this form.
